When Donald Trump was elected, he brought unelected billionaire Elon Musk to the White House and created a fake federal agency––the so-called Department of Government Efficiency (or DOGE for short).
DOGE is providing the exact opposite of efficiency; instead, Musk and his team of hackers and leakers are firing thousands of federal employees (including thousands of veterans) and cutting critical funding for programs like Head Start, public health initiatives, national parks, research at the University of Arizona, and so many things that Arizonans rely on. In Congress, I will hold Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and DOGE accountable and stop their attacks on our Arizona way of life.
